Ten Questions with Collide
Mistress McCutchan
I really enjoy music, but it doesnt necessarily mean I want to read about it. If you think band interviews/reviews are a tedious read, try writing one! I thought it would be much more interesting to gain insight on the people behind the music with just ten little questions, straight from the artists to you...
1) Chocolate or vanilla?
kaRIN: Depends ...are we talking ice cream..if so vanilla. Other than that I do have a little weakness for milk chocolate. Yummmmmmmmmm.
Statik: Vanilla definitely
2) Do you have any pets and what are they?
kaRIN: Zeus & Luna, my dog babies. The most amazing German shepherds that you have ever seen. One white and one black, male and female... a perfect balance. I could go on and on.
Statik: Do you want the long, or short list? Too many turtles and fish to count, a handful of frogs and some dogs (see above).
3) Favourite place to visit?
kaRIN: My studio when I turn on my machines and get to work with a piece of music for the very first time.
Statik: Anywhere its green.
4) Favourite article of clothing?
kaRIN: Right now its my boots.
Statik: My boots.
5) Favourite piece of art?
kaRIN: Something by Salvador Dali. I am in awe of what he can do on so many different levels.
Statik: Anything by Dali and I am not just saying that because kaRIN said it.
6) If you were a cartoon character, who would you be?
kaRIN: Snoopy
Statik: Popeye the Sailer Man
7) What are you most likely to be doing at 3 am?
kaRIN: Waking up with insomnia and trying to sleep.
Statik: Sleeping
8) Age you lost your virginity?
kaRIN: Is it lost?
Statik: Non of your business, my Mom might read this.
9) What piece of advice would you give to a teenager?
kaRIN: Hang in there... I think when you are young the little things seem amplified.
Statik: Try to find something that you love to do.
10) What are you most proud of to date?
kaRIN: Releasing music.
Statik: The fact that we are still making music after all these years.
