About the Artist
Peter Dyson worked as an adult website operator up until recently and is currently looking for work. He lives on the Gold Coast, which is an hour south of Brisbane, Australia. He loves cult films and photography. Peter is looking to take a break from work for a month or two, maybe travel to Europe and take as many photos as he can. He’d love to check out many of the goth and industrial clubs of Europe.

More of his work is available at Velvet Studio

Cemetery Scenes
Peter Dyson
North Tumbulgum, Australia
Over 150 burials took place in this cemetery between 1870 and 1947. It was the burial place for the early white settlers of the area who were cedar tree cutters.
This land was privately owned by Captain Alexander Logan until he donated the 6 1/2 acres for the cemetery. The first documented burial was that of a drowned infant, Christina McLeod in 1873. Many early deaths were attributed to drownings and tree felling accidents.
